Tacoma to Portland: The train pulls into Tacoma Station bright and early. We pass under the Tacoma Narrows Bridge.
Portland to Cascade Locks: We took a tour of the Bonneville Dam, given by an Army Corps of Engineers Park Ranger.
In the powerhouse, the class peers into one of the enormous turbines in the dam on Columbia River.
